This page explains all of H4CK3R/victim's relationships with the other characters in the series.
Allies[]
Rocket Corp. Worker Clones[]
Although there hasn't been much direct interaction between victim and the employees of his organization, he is shown to be a very capable leader as not only is his business very successful in terms of finance, but also in the technology it has created, regardless of whether it's common household devices such as televisions to earn profit to fund experiments or their extremely advanced technology that is capable of replicating the powers of an animation program within the Outernet, without need of a human animator to use.
The workers themselves appear to be loyal to victim given how they follow each of his orders without question, be it making wanted posters of his targets, creating very complex machinery to attack stick figures or acting as security to his headquarters. This shows that victim is likely a good boss to them as they recognize him for his high levels of intelligence and resourcefulness despite his morally questionable tendencies/motives that border on sociopathy.
The Mercenaries[]
The mercenaries are a quartet of bounty hunters victim hired to capture The Chosen One. After successfully surrounding The Second Coming, the leader of the four, Agent, got a staticky call, presumably orders to apprehend The Second Coming as well. He and The Chosen One were paused and captured, and the Mercenaries went to victim, telling him of their successful mission.
In The Box, victim tested the properties of his simulation cell by having Agent amplify his abilities while simultaneously diminishing The Chosen One's powers. Upon learning of Yellow's ability to manifest Alan's mouse cursor inside of the Outernet, he put a target on him and had Agent personally capture him, knocking the other Fighting Stick Figures out in the process. The Mercenaries are shown to be loyal employees of victim, doing everything that is asked of them, doing it well and—at times—rather ruthlessly.
Agent[]
As the leader of the mercenary group, victim is shown to have a great deal of trust in Agent's loyalty and abilities. This likely stems from how Agent was a close friend to both him and Mitsi before The Disintegration.
This trust is shown when he gave him and his associates the technology needed to capture The Chosen One and to be able to capture Yellow after seeing him and the rest of the Fighting Stick Figures breaking into the facility on their surveillance system. His trust in Agent is great enough that he trusts him to monitor the controls to The Box while he is alone inside with The Chosen One, despite the fact that the black stick figure was able to defeat all of his clones and came close to doing the same to victim using his pyrokinesis, only being stopped by Agent using The Box to weaken and slow down his superpowers, enabling victim to weaken him enough for interrogation.
Mitsi[]
Mitsi was victim's lover and could be considered his angel in life, as compared to the devil who tortured him without end. She was the first person victim met after escaping to the Outernet and the first person to show him anything other than hostility and ruthlessness. She became the one who would heal his mind and heart over the years as she helped him to learn to trust people and to learn how not to live in fear, as the two of them would go on to found Rocket Co. using victim's resourcefulness and his animation tools.

After four years together, she became the most important person in his life and after he learned of her demise at the hands of a mysterious black stick figure, he became a hollow shell of himself and lamented her for seven years straight, always wondering why she was ripped away from him in such a bizarrely cruel way. However, after learning the true identity of the stick figure that took her away from him and their connection to his creator, victim became obssesed in obtaining retribution for Mitsi's fate.
The Dark Lord[]
After victim successfully got himself renamed to H4CK3R, he went back to Alan's computer in an attempt to seek retribution. After successfully doing so, he is applauded and approached by the red stick figure. He analyzes the stranger, who is identified as The Dark Lord. The Dark Lord congratulated H4CK3R's destruction of ALANSPC, before giving him a proposition - join him, and Mitsi will be revived. H4CK3R reached up to shake hands with him, making them partners, but at this point in time, it is unknown what TDL wants with H4CK3R. He is most likely manipulating H4CK3R for his own twisted purpose.
Neutral[]
The Second Coming[]
Its unknown how much of The Second Coming that victim knows about or if he is aware that the orange stick figure is also one of Alan's creations.
Initially, victim thought nothing of The Second Coming upon meeting him for the first time when his employees were escorting him to use the drawing icon for them to study as he didn't bother to so much as glance at his "younger brother", despite The Second Coming momentarily glancing at him in mild interest. However, after scanning The Chosen One's memory of his fight against The Dark Lord, victim and by extension his own workers and the mercenaries witnessed how The Second Coming defeated The Dark Lord using his awakened powers, shocking them. This causes victim to stare at The Second Coming as he sees himself on the screen and realizes the truth about his dormant powers, making the gray stick figure realize that there is more to the orange stick figure than he first thought.
Yellow[]
victim learned of Yellow after seeing him through The Chosen One's memory, as the one who materialized Alan's cursor in the Outernet during their fight against The Dark Lord. Realizing there is a connection between his creator and the stick figure, victim ordered for wanted posters to be made of Yellow in order to find him. Luckily, one of his workers noticed Yellow emerging from one of their trucks on the security cameras along with Blue, Green and Red. He then ordered Agent to have Yellow captured and witnessed as the mercenary easily incapacitated the other three as his workers captured Yellow and brought him in for questioning.

noogai3[]
noogai3 can be considered the devil in victim's life due to the inhuman cycle of death, resurrection and relentless torture that he delivered onto him for nine months. Having been created by noogai3 as his first stick figure, victim was continuously tortured by the animator for no reason other then for his own amusement and without mercy, constantly being beaten, impaled, suffocated and erased by his cursor before being returned to life the next day in order to restart the cycle. After nine months straight of agony, victim was rendered completely dead on the inside and had surrendered himself to despair, no longer giving Alan any joy in his torment due to him having been reduced to a broken husk.
Realizing his only hope was to play the waiting game, victim had no choice but to be patient and wait for a hope of escaping his tormentor to reveal itself. Luckily, he found such an opportunity when the animator decided to place him inside of a small box to confine him while he left for dinner. Careless and underestimating victim, he failed to realize that victim had tricked him by using his arm to hide a gap in the box and was able to quickly construct a rocket to escape noogai3's laptop and wasted no time in executing the plan.
Even after he escaped to the Outernet, the trauma that noogai3 inflicted onto victim remained a massive scar on his mind and heart, with the idea of his creator finding him filling victim with nothing but terror. After waking up from his crash landing, victim was left shaking and terrified of Mitsi when she saw him laying on the ground unconscious, being unable to trust anybody due to noogai3's unprovoked sadism and torturous creativity. Not only was victim constantly imbued with fear and paranoia, but the trauma inflicted onto him by his creator would cause him to suffer hallucinations and waking nightmares, causing him to suffer panic attacks at the mere thought of the cursor.
These relapses would result in him making numerous drawings of himself against noogai3's cursor, which he felt too terrified to share with anybody. It was only because of Mitsi and her attempts at slowly prying open his weakened heart with gentle persuasion and distracting him with peaceful activities and happy moments together that his trauma began to heal, slowly bringing him out of his depression and hopeless mindset by teaching him that life wasn't about fear and desperation. Thanks to Mitsi's actions, victim began to see hope and learn to overcome fear as his nightmares of the cursor faded as she helped him to establish a new life together.
However, after Mitsi was revealed to have been struck down by a mysterious black stick figure four years after the creation of Rocket Co. , victim fell back into a state of hopelessness, only left with the thoughts of the stick figure who took Mitsi from him, as well as his tormentor without Mitsi to reassure him that he could not hurt him anymore. Once it was revealed to him that Mitsi's killer was not only one of Alan's creations but even working alongside him, his fear of noogai3 transformed into unadulterated, pure hatred and disgusted spite towards him - wanting nothing more than for Alan to suffer for torturing him and for creating the thing that presumably took away the love of his life.
Eventually, these plans led to revenge. He captured The Chosen One and interrogated him on the whereabouts of noogai3. When TCO wouldn't talk, victim scanned his memories and found out about Yellow and how he brought noogai's cursor into the Cliffed Cove to fight The Dark Lord. After capturing Yellow, victim scanned his memories and found out exactly how he brought noogai3 in.
Later, he and Agent went to the cove, brought noogai's cursor into the cove, and created a pop-up window that tricked noogai into renaming victim to "H4CK3R". He eventually succeeded, and H4CK3R restrained the cursor to rename The Chosen One to "NO ONE" and scanned the cursor's IP address - ALANSPC. He went to the computer and attacked Alan's cursor, eventually besting and destroying it, before then deleting every last one of noogai3's photos and documents. noogai3 panicked and unplugged his computer so that H4CK3R couldn't cause more damage.
The Chosen One[]
He is the one stick figure who victim hates as much as noogai3, due to being the one who is presumed to have struck down Mitsi during his and The Dark Lord's siege on Newgrounds. After seeing through Agent's memories of what happened after he, Mitsi and many others mysterious disappeared at the party and seeing the black stick figure standing over where Mitsi once laid, victim became obsessed in anger, grief and despair over learning the identity of Mitsi's assailant and came to view him to be just evil as noogai3, seeing them both as the monsters who ruined his life.
After one of his employees caught video evidence of noogai3 standing alongside The Chosen One and showed it to his boss along with Agent, victim came to the realization that The Chosen One was not just working with noogai3 but was also one of his creations and thus was a direct result of his creator's actions that ended up robbing him of his love. This caused victim to see The Chosen One as nothing more than an extension of Alan and saw The Chosen One as the same kind of monster that Alan was, given that both of them ruined his life.
Upon meeting his successor for the first time in The Box, victim unleashed his anger towards him over what he did to Mitsi by having Agent neutralize his powers while strengthening him, allowing victim to viciously beat and lash him, but also as a means to make it easier for him to interrogate The Chosen One for noogai3's location in order to enact retribution on the even bigger monster.
In "Hacker", he took TCO to the location of The Showdown so that after he was accidentally renamed to H4CK3R by noogai3, he was able to force Alan to rename TCO to "NO ONE", so he would be able to make The Chosen One feel as helpless as the former had his whole life, and so that he wouldn't get in the way as H4CK3R got his revenge.
