On June 3rd, 2006, a 17-year-old animator named noogai3 opened up the Adobe Flash program and decided to have fun by using it to create an animation that he could torture for his amusement. He decided to make a black stick figure and named it "victim," before converting him to a symbol to grant him a life of its own. Upon manifesting a consciousness, victim took notice of his surroundings but found he was trapped in a box and saw that the one who created him, the "Animator," was toying with him by rotating his box and creating a heavy object to crush him.
Scared for his life and angry at his creator for their evil actions towards him, victim managed to break out of the box and tried to attack noogai3's cursor by using whatever he could, such as the various tools located with the animation program while noogai3 drew weapons to kill victim with such as a beam gun, a cannon and a shuriken. However, victim's resourcefulness proved to be his greatest asset and was able to match noogai3's power as he used the eraser icon as a shield and the pen icon as a sword to retaliate and even prevent noogai3 from deleting him with.
Using his new tools, victim figures out how to make clones of himself to help overpower their creator. Each of them taking a different tool as a weapon, the original victim is able to coordinate them to fight in a calculated and efficient manner as they succeed in cornering the cursor. However, realizing he could lose to his creation, noogai3 simply escapes out of the window and proceeds to select "NO" to saving changes to Untitled-1, which closes out the animation program and presumably deletes victim from existence.

Victim - Animator vs. Animation 11 (flashback)[]
However, the following day, noogai3 resurrected victim by drawing a similar stick figure and giving it the same name. In the months that followed, victim was continuously tortured, killed, and resurrected by noogai3. Finally, in March 2007, a tired victim is revived again and kept in a rectangle as noogai temporarily leaves the room to eat dinner. When the animator returns, he finds victim escaping in a rocket built from parts of Flash's UI. He flies away to the Internet, eventually crashing in the Outernet, where he meets another stick figure, Mitsi.
They are found by a group of farmers, who take them into their village, where victim sees the windmill destroyed from the rocket's collision. He and Mitsi help to rebuild it with the Flash tools victim had brought with him. Over the next several years, victim and Mitsi work together to help the village thrive, and develop a love for each other. Occasionally, victim has flashbacks of the torturous cursor who created him but he is able to push aside his fears and move on. The two start a repair stand, and through their efforts they founded a new company, with victim's fateful rocket now as his logo. The company rapidly grows into a large business, Rocket Co., famous for its success. Mitsi and victim also meet Agent, who is hired as a security guard with impressive skills, as he apprehended a criminal. He later becomes a close friend to the young couple.
In late 2011, while celebrating the company's four-year anniversary, Mitsi, Agent, and several other employees suddenly disappear from the Outernet with green life particles and materialize in Newgrounds. This was caused by The Chosen One and The Dark Lord attacking the site and erasing the animations from which they originated by setting them on fire or using a fireball. Mitsi is apparently killed by The Chosen One during the attack, while Agent is able to make his way back to the Outernet through a portal.
The injured Agent makes it back to victim's business headquarters, where a fellow stick figure helps him to the company's Memory Machine. victim watches the memories of the survivors to determine what has happened. He sees his friend and anxiously asks for Mitsi's whereabouts, only to be answered by a sad nod from Agent. victim inserts his friend into the machine, where they watch his memories of his hellish experience in Newgrounds. They eventually find his memories of Mitsi's last moments, causing Agent to sob.
victim watches Mitsi perish in the explosion and sees her presumed killer, The Chosen One, as he hovers above where she last laid. The loss seemingly broke him, as nothing is shown from victim or the company from 2011–2018, as apart from him taking the role of CEO in Mitsi's place, very little is shown. That is, until 2018.
In August 2018, as victim sits by himself in a darkened room, he is approached by Agent and a company worker. Despite his initial refusal, the two reveal to victim that while driving, the worker suddenly noticed a strange, dark energy beam in the distance and took his video camera out to investigate. Upon approaching the cliffside, the worker catches video evidence of Mitsi's killer, The Chosen One standing next to none other than noogai3's cursor, shocking victim as the two banes of his existence are shown to be working hand-in-hand together, until rubble began raining down and forced the worker to retreat.
Realizing the connection between his tormentor and Mitsi's assailant, victim turns the lights on to reveal the room is covered in newspapers, drawings and clippings that victim arranged together in an attempt to uncover the identity of the black stick figure. On the back wall, he drew a picture of both Noogai's cursor and The Chosen One to represent the source of his pain, before drawing a red line between them to connect the two together, with victim now understanding that all of the suffering in his life was in fact connected, with the targets of his anger and trauma now crystal clear.
Despite his intense hatred of the two, victim was patient and reasonable enough to understand that he couldn't do anything to either of them as he was now. Choosing to bide his time, victim first focused on bringing Rocket Corp back to its former glory, as he would need more help and resources to obtain the means of avenging Mitsi, slowly gathering new funds, employees and expanding their headquarters. By the time of April 2023, victim was ready to execute the plan and began by mass-producing wanted posters of The Chosen One to be placed around the Outernet in order to find him; not only to make him pay for what he did to Mitsi, but also since he was the only lead victim had to finding Noogai3.
Mercenary Tryouts[]
To further help this goal, he told Agent to personally find suitable candinates to hunt down The Chosen One.
Wanted - Animator vs. Animation 9[]
Near the end of "Wanted," the mercenaries (Agent, Ballista, Primal and Hazard) return to headquarters with their captured bounties, with the employees taking care of the prisoners and confiscating their equipment, while the mercenaries themselves riding the elevator up to the top floor where the boss' office is located. Upon arriving, they meet with the boss, who is revealed to be none other than victim.
The Box - Animator vs. Animation 10[]
victim is shown walking into The Box with the mercenaries by his side while The Second Coming is seen being carried away by the guards in order to discover the secrets of the Pencil Tool he brought with him. After the orange stick figure is escorted out, victim enters the simulation cell with The Chosen One still paused inside as Agent seals it shut as he mans the controls, before unpausing The Chosen One and leaving his boss to handle things personally.
After The Chosen One knows that he's being trapped, he notices victim behind him. victim walks to him and punches him multiple times, but The Chosen One has no reaction, then he pushes victim forward. Then Agent makes victim kick hard to The Chosen One's abdomen bringing him to the roof and wall. Agent then makes him punch flawlessly and quickly to The Chosen One, making it look like he has fighting skills, even though he hasn't. Agent then makes him go very fast, making it look like he has powers of speed. The Chosen One manages to catch one of victim's punches and attempts to punch him back, but victim goes invisible and chokes The Chosen One. Agent returns victim's appearance, and victim throws The Chosen One to the ground. The Chosen One breathes fires at victim but he dodges each one. victim continues punching The Chosen One, before the fight temporarily stops between both for a moment.
victim orders for a rope to which Agent gives the rope to and The Chosen One looks confused to that. The Chosen One tries to fly away but victim catches him with his rope, then brings him down and hits him with it. The Chosen One leans back to the wall and freezes himself being in ice, making the victim's rope stuck. victim then orders cloning him into clones of himself to which Agent does so, giving four more identical victim's to the fight, and the victims walk to The Chosen One with weapons. But even though there are four clones of victim, they do nothing too useful and gets burned down by The Chosen One each by each, leaving the original victim alone once again. After the last clone of victim gets fired, victim catches The Chosen One's neck with the rope. The Chosen One throws fires at victim but again he dodges each one. victim then collects a shuriken on the roof and throws it to The Chosen One but he dodges it. He comes to victim and tries firing at victim from his back, but he gets paused again.
The pausing stops and victim ropes The Chosen One. A chair is ordered into The Box, victim throws The Chosen One to the chair, and taps on the wall making The Box gray. victim hands a picture of the cursor to The Chosen One, asking if he recognizes it. The Chosen One shakes his head, then victim ropes him around in circle and asks the same question to him again. The Chosen One rams into the picture and falls down.
Two of the workers give victim a memory scanner, he applies it to The Chosen One, and Agent replays his memories. Two of the workers carry The Second Coming back in his cell after a Pencil Tool test, and the walls of The Box turns transparent. The Chosen One tries to hide the evidence by making a signal lost, but victim brings him up. Coming to the events of "The Showdown," at the part when The Second Coming's powers awakened, victim became surprised so Agent paused the memory scanner. With the thought of his hidden powers (not knowing it was awakened), The Second Coming wonders if he always had a laser eye supernatural power, before the cell door locks to prevent anything else, and the scanning resumes. At the part when the cursor appears, Agent pauses it only to know their next target: Yellow.
Lots of wanted papers are printed after that for targeting Yellow. One of the workers found Yellow's appearance in the outside of the organization through security, so Agent gets to work and carry him in. victim sits down on his chair burning the picture of the cursor down with one desire: getting revenge on his creator, noogai3, for everything he did to him.
Hacker - Animator vs. Animation 12[]
With vital information for revenge in hand, victim and Agent—with a paused The Chosen One in tow—hop aboard their hover bikes and fly toward the cliff where the Showdown between The Chosen One and The Dark Lord took place. As the two approach, victim gets flashbacks of the torture he endured, but pushes them out of his mind and refocuses on his mission. As Agent enters the lab to bring Alan into the world, victim flies over the lake and creates a giant screen in the air.
victim orders that Agent begin the process, and Agent obeys, sending Alan a message as Yellow claiming to need help. Alan opens it, his cursor is recreated, and victim camouflages himself in a dark gray background. Agent has Alan right-click victim, and despite the stick figure's anxieties, he holds his ground and gets selected. Alan is then tasked with renaming victim to "HACKER" with victim quickly telling Agent to correct it to "H4CK3R", to make him more powerful as it is in leetspeak. Alan is suspicious at first, but seeing a 10-second timer counting down convinces him to act, and victim is renamed to H4CK3R, giving him powerful technological abilities and powers.
With his new power, H4CK3R takes control of Alan's cursor and throws it aside, scans and pulls TCO over to him and, using Alan's cursor, renames the black stick figure to "NO ONE." With that done, H4CK3R unpaused him and let him drop into the water below them. No One was unable to react since he no longer has his powers. With The Chosen One, now NO ONE, out of the way, H4CK3R scans Alan's cursor and finds his IP address. He fires a beam into the sky and sends Alan an ominous message, "i'm coming home. did you miss me? [sic]".
H4CK3R returns to his creator's computer and approached Alan slowly. When Alan tried interacting with him again, he quickly acted, beginning a massive fight between the creator and his creation. H4CK3R gains a grip of the advantage and never lets go, destroying Alan's cursor twice, different windows, and even everything stored in ALANSPC, from pictures to documents to everything in between. Panicked, Alan quickly unplugs the computer, leaving H4CK3R alone in the darkness, contemplating what he had done.
As H4CK3R sits, seemingly alone, he hears the noise of hands slowly clapping together. He looks around and sees a walking camera break and crawl away like a spider. The clapping individual then approaches and reveals himself to H4CK3R, who scans him and learns his name: The Dark Lord. The Dark Lord sits next to H4CK3R and praises him for what he did to their shared creator. He then shows off his gooey powers and makes a replica of Mitsi's last moments. H4CK3R pushes Dark away, but Dark shows him that he has the power to revive her. H4CK3R pauses, looking up at Dark as if to say, "Can you do this?" Dark nods, confirming this, and extends his hand, seemingly wanting a partnership with H4CK3R. While unsure at first, H4CK3R clenches his fist, powering himself up, and extends his own hand to shake The Dark Lord's.
