Phi (ϕ or φ) is a minor character in Animation vs. Math and the deuteragonist of Animation vs. Geometry.
Appearance[]
Phi appears as a white Greek letter ϕ. It equals the golden ratio, defined as or , which is approximately 1.61803399… and so on.
History[]
Animation vs. Math[]
Phi, along with Zeta, Delta, and Aleph, came at the end of the episode to comfort and possibly befriend Euler's identity and walk/bounce away.
Animation vs. Geometry[]
Phi appears again in Animation vs. Geometry, where it helps The Second Coming to learn geometry and defeat the 4D-Hyper Diamond.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Geometry Expertise:
- Shape Manipulation: Phi can generate 2D and 3D shapes using points, lines, and surfaces.
- Point Manipulation: Phi can generate points.
- Line Manipulation: Phi can generate a line, either for shape generation or for moving around. Using this, they created flat and three-dimensional shapes. For flat shapes, triangles, squares, and the Pythagorean theorem were expressed, and for three-dimensional shapes, tetrahedrons, octahedrons, and cubes were generated. The Pentagram was used for combat purposes.
- Shapeshifting: Phi can transform into a small dodecahedron by creating a 3D plane based on itself. After colliding with a 4D-Hyper Diamond, a small golden dodecahedron appears on it.
- Self-Replication: Phi can create a pentagram in a pentagon, which contains many golden ratios, thus multiplying itself.
