The titular Note Block Universe which appears in the episode with the same name is one of many places in the Minecraft world. This one is heavily music-oriented. This is reflected by the fact that the present mobs, all of which are capable of flight, communicate in musical fashion, as well as the moderate abundance of naturally-spawning note blocks. Mobs that are typically hostile are docile in this world.
It's unknown if the Note Block Universe was absorbed by King Orange's black hole. When the black hole is destroyed and it's effects are reverted, none of the mobs from the universe were shown returning.
