The fictional Alan Becker, also known as noogai3 or The Animator is the deuteragonist in the Animator vs. Animation series.
He is the creator of victim, The Chosen One, The Dark Lord, The Second Coming, and many other programs/animations. He served as the overarching antagonist of the first four animations due to constantly fighting against the stick figures he creates. This lasts until Animator vs. Animation IV, where he understands that stick figures are sentient beings and finally makes peace with them by working a deal out with The Second Coming in exchange for teaching him how to draw.
Alan Becker, who goes by the online alias of noogai3, creates a stick figure in the Flash program and decides to name it "victim" with the intention of torturing it for his amusement due to believing the stick figure was just a simple animated program. In spite of his beliefs, noogai3 fails to realize that victim is actually sentient and self-aware as he begins harassing him which angers the stick figure due to not wanting to be treated as a toy and manages to escape the box he is trapped in before victim retaliates against his creator.
noogai3 attempts to kill victim by creating a beam gun but victim's resourcefulness proves to be his greatest asset as he begins using the animation icons as weapons against the animator and despite noogai3's best attempts at deleting him, victim is able to create clones of himself to help him gang up on noogai3 with different weapons to corner his cursor. Unfortunately for the stick figures, the animator simply decides to end the program by not saving to Untitled-1 and thus believes that he has deleted victim from existence and eventually forgets about him.
Five months after having supposedly deleting victim from existence, noogai3 decides to once again create another stick figure to fight against; he decides to go through several different names such as "victim", "killer" and "BEAST" before settling on "The Chosen One" due to wanting a much greater challenge. However, noogai3 underestimated the stick figure's power and The Chosen One proves to be far more destructive, violent, and powerful that victim as his first act upon coming to life is to create a burning aura around himself to attack noogai3.
Although having a more advanced arsenal of tools to fight against this new stick figure, The Chosen One's superpowers prove to be too much to handle and he fails to contain him inside the animation program and he escapes onto noogai3's desktop where he begins destroying things for fun such as messsing up the recycle bin, shredding and burning files, and even assaulting some of the other icons like AOL Instant Messenger and Mozilla Firefox.
Using the former's program, noogai contacts his online friend programmer021 for help as The Chosen One battles against the AIM icon. Unfortunately, before his friend can tell him the secret to defeating him, The Chosen One defeats AIM and Firefox before trying to turn off the computer but is caught offguard when noogai3 activates Avast! Antivirus to stop the stick figure. Luckily for noogai3, the antivirus succeeds in detaining The Chosen One and taming him by negating his powers with an iron ball and chain. From there on, noogai3 simply uses The Chosen One as a pop-up blocker at his convience.
Five years after taming The Chosen One, noogai3 brings him out to use as a pop-up blocker while The Chosen One laments his enslavement until he notices several ads centered around freedom, ending slavery and stick figure rights. Realizing he has a chance to escape, The Chosen One clicks on it as it brings him to a website that supports the abolishment of stick slavery and offers an pop-up that will allow The Chosen One to obtain his freedom. However, noogai3 keeps pulling out of the stick figure's grasp and tricks him into burning it to ash to prevent him from escaping, which causes The Chosen One to momentarily break down before angrily attacking the cursor, only for noogai3 to negate his powers.
He is still using the Chosen One as a pop-up blocker in his Browser. The Chosen One saw Stick Figure Rights, but noogai3 tries to ignore it. However, The Chosen One clicks the link and a pop-up appears, The Chosen One tries to click it, but noogai3 clicks "Start Blocking Pop-ups". The Chosen One made noogai3's cursor click "Free The Chosen One" and The Chosen One escapes. After this, he enters a word document that is a required essay. While The Chosen One destroys most of it, Clippy asks to help, in which he tries to stop The Chosen One. While their fight ensues, noogai3 creates The Dark Lord, another stick figure whose sole purpose is to destroy The Chosen One. Clippy loses the battle with The Chosen One and The Dark Lord fights The Chosen One. After The Dark Lord loses the battle, The Dark Lord begs The Chosen One not to kill him. The Chosen One shows mercy and doesn't kill him, instead he tells The Dark Lord that they should team up and destroy noogai3's computer. The Dark Lord agrees and betrays noogai3. In the end, they create a vortex, which explodes, then the Blue Screen of Death appears.
In Animator vs. Animation IV, noogai3 creates The Second Coming, who fights for his Fighting Stick Figures friends. The Second Coming tried to destroy noogai3's computer and even destroys his phone because he ended The Second Coming's friends. After drawing a bunch of sketches to cause mayhem, noogai3 decides to delete them and attempts to delete The Second Coming but due to his drawing and animation skills, he decided not to. Instead, noogai3 and The Second Coming become friends and work on an animation 5 months later. When they have a break, The Second Coming goes to his friends and they fight together. When The Second Coming wins, his friends clap to celebrate his victory.
He is seen creating an animation of a two-legged flower. When The Second Coming arrived, he helped him to make the animation more realistic. He then realizes his computer is overheating and notices how a virus has infected his computer and after several unsuccesful attempts to delete it, draws The Second Coming a hammer to help him destroy it. Instead, a virus in the form of a spider emerges and attacks, but Alan keeps it busy with his mouse while The Second Coming goes to get the others to help him fight the virus.
Despite their best attempts, the virus destroys the mouse and the Start menu, making it so Alan can't interfere before it manages to trap the stick figures and web and proceeds to slowly advance on its prey. However, just before it can attack The Second Coming, an explosion knocks it away and a mysterious portal has opened inside of Alan's desktop.
Coming out of the portal is a black stick figure that Alan recognized: it was revealed to be his previous creation, The Chosen One. This caused Alan to be left in shock upon realizing that his creation had somehow survived his old computer's destruction, after believing he had been destroyed along with it seven years ago.
After The Chosen One defeated ViraBot, he said goodbye to his creator, putting their old grudge behind them. Alan returned the courtesy and the other stick figures entered the portal to follow The Chosen One back to where he came from.
Back on October 2nd, 2011, Alan Becker is seen trying to stop The Chosen One and The Dark Lord as they team up and escape just before the software is destroyed and the blue screen of death appears as Alan silently slumps down on his desk in defeat over the loss of his computer.
Yellow programs Alan Becker’s cursor into the fight, where he becomes a big help to The Chosen One in defeating The Dark Lord. However, he loses connection due to being overpowered by the ViraBots and The Dark Lord’s Wristband of Power. His cursor is brought back by The Second Coming using his powers. When The Second Coming fainted, Alan picks him up by his cursor and takes him to the Fighting Stick Figures, who brings him down to the ground. Once he wakes up, the Stick Gang gets on the cursor to ride back home.
Alan is playing Pokemon on his Nintendo DS when his computer tells him it's lunch time. Noticing the low battery, he plugs the DS into his computer with the game running, allowing The Second Coming a back door into the game. One hour later, after getting lunch, he comes back and is shocked to see The Second Coming inside of his DS, having just finished the game as he waves awkwardly.
Alan is writing an email to DJ, but the stickfigures correct what he was typing. Eventually, it goes too far, causing Alan to delete the text and type in "HEY CAN YOU GUYS STOP JUST LET ME TYPE".
Red and Green are playing the floor is lava. Red steps on an important folder, making it fall, ending up with all of the folders falling into the lava. Alan attempts to save it, only for it to burn into ashes. He then chases the two.
Alan is on his iPhone. Someone, presumably Alan's child, calls him and he puts his phone down and leaves the room. Alan walks back into the room and gets on his phone, he sees Green which causes him to flinch and throw his phone, He picks up his phone and sees Yellow and Green laugh.
Alan serves as a side character in Wanted. He is on his computer and he opens Adobe, the stick figures appear on the screen and challenge each other to a fight. Alan decides to challenge the stick figures as well and has the idea to draw a rock, which he throws at The Second Coming. The five sticks accept his challenge to battle and start fighting with weapons drawn by The Second Coming. They all have were unable to catch the cursor, and are eventually thrown into the air. They get interrupted by The Chosen One, who leaves with the other stick figures.
Although he doesn't appear in this episode, he is revealed to be the reason why victim has sought after The Chosen One, in order to obtain revenge against his creator. While interrogating The Chosen One, victim shows him a picture of Alan's cursor and asks for his location but The Chosen One refuses to say anything, so victim uses a memory scanner to look into his memory for any clues as to Alan's location. After realizing that Yellow has a connection to Alan, victim sends Agent to capture him as he returns to his office where he ignites the picture with a lighter, showing that he has never forgiven his creator for all that he did to him.
He got a notice telling it is flight time soon. As he begins editing his travel budget for a trip to Florida, disruptions occur. First, Yellow inadvertently moves a selection, causing a big negative difference. Despite this setback, Alan persists in editing, only to be further interrupted by Red, who bounces around on the couch. Suddenly, an explosion from the data table occurs, creating a hole that reveals Green and Blue behind it. Despite these distractions, Alan tries to continue editing, but is thwarted again when The Second Coming arrives with a dog. The dog proceeds to urinate on Alan's work. In response, Alan relocates the group and moves the couch against the wall to prevent further disturbances.

Weaknesses
noogai3's main weakness is his lack of care for the other computer programs.
For example, in Animator vs. Animation III, he showed that he did not care about what happened to any of his computer programs while they were being beaten. He did show care for AIM in Animator vs. Animation II, but this could have only been because of the fact that his AOL chat bar would have closed if AOL Instant Messenger died.
Another one of his weaknesses is that he can not fight his own battles very well. As seen in Animator vs Animation II, The Chosen One easily defeated noogai3 in one on one combat. But as time goes on, he became quite a competent fighter, even managing to hold his own when facing The Dark Lord in AvA5.
Another weakness is that he can't repair his windows if they are destroyed. When his cursor is destroyed, he can't fight until he gets it back. If the Windows menu has also been destroyed, as seen in The Virus, he cannot regain his mouse and is unable to fight.
Finally, noogai3 seemingly can't always control his own ability to give individual life to his drawings, as shown when he unintentionally brought a Hangman drawing to life.
