The Musical Silverfish are the main antagonists of Note Block Concert. They are silverfish with a love for music that appeared during Green's concert where one of them proceeded to fight with him for control over the performance.

Note Block Concert - AVM Shorts Episode 35[]

As Green is seen orchestrating a concert made up many villager musicians, along with Red, Blue, Yellow and The Second Coming, a lone silverfish appears through a small hole in the wall behind stage where it finds the source of the music that attracted it. Wishing to be part of the performance, the Silverfish approaches Green as he is playing a set of note blocks, confusing him as he looks to Yellow who shrugs, unsure of what it's doing there. Despite trying to shoo it away and continue playing, the Silverfish gets on top of the note blocks and tries to play along, annoying Green so much that he kicks it away.
