Although the Animator vs. Animation franchise has a mostly male cast, female characters have been shown in the series on occasion, with roles of varying importance. This is a list of every female character with a major appearance in series as of December 2024.
Animator vs. Animation 4[]
- Animator's Wife - While Alan/the Animator is talking with Darren Schwartz, his wife's voice can be heard asking Alan to help with the laundry. This seemingly inconsequential request ends up majorly effecting the rest of the series, with Second Coming taking the Animator's absence as an opportunity to explore the tabs the Animator currently has open. This causes him to enter sticksfight.com and meet the Fighting Stick Figures for the first time. The Animator's wife is voiced by Kaori Becker, Alan Becker's actual wife.
- Various Facebook Users - Several Facebook profiles are shown throughout the video, including multiple owned by women. While most Facebook profiles in general only appear as background characters, some of the more important profiles that fall under this list include Marina Sydney, 5–6 out of the 15 people shown in Alex Walters's group photo, and the lady next to Jeff Fleisher is the latter's selfie.
- Photo App kids - When Second Coming is running from the Animator, a photo of 3 unknown humans (presumably related to the Animator) can be seen in the photos app, including 2 very young girls.
- Stephanie H. Chang - In the same scene as the previous entry, Second Coming runs across Twitter, accidentally following Stephanie H. Chang. It should be noted that Chang is a real person.
Animation vs. Minecraft[]
- Storage Folder Images - When The Second Coming and the rest of the Fighting Stick Figures enter the STORAGE folder while chasing down Red, a few images of people with a presumed connection to the Animator can be found. Among the people depicted in these images are Rebecca Zinke and Kate Colvin.
Animation vs. YouTube[]
- Various Thumbnails - A few thumbnails for videos either containing women or uploaded by women can be seen the "Best videos of YouTube" playlist. However, out of every video YouTube uses against the stick figures, only "Ultimate Beach Party With Sea-Doo!! | DEVINSUPERTRAMP" shows any women.
Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts Season 1[]
- The Ender Dragon - The Ender Dragon (also known as "Jean" is some Minecraft material created by Mojang) serves as somewhat of a secondary antagonist in The End - AVM Shorts Episode 10 until Purple's true intentions are revealed, attacking Purple's village after he steals her egg from her. She stops attacking after Purple returns her now-hatched egg and is reunited with her child.
- Dolphin Queen - The Dolphin Queen plays a major role in The Dolphin Kingdom - AVM Shorts Episode 13, filling the role of a stereotypical "damsel in distress"-type character after being kidnapped by the elder guardian. She is later rescued by the Fighting Stick Figures and reunited with her husband, the Dolphin King.
- Cave Spider Queen - The Cave Spider Queen is a prominent antagonist in the AVM Shorts series, first introduced in the episode "Cave Spider Roller Coaster". As the largest member and leader of a Cave Spider Colony situated in an abandoned mineshaft in the SkyBlock Dimension of Minecraft, she plays a central role. The Queen commands her subordinates to gather substantial amounts of food, extending to invaders in the mine, such as The Second Coming, Red and Yellow, so that they will not be devoured by them instead.
Animation vs. League of Legends[]
(This section requires further information by someone more familiar with League of Legends)
Animator vs. Animation Season 2[]
- Doki - During The Dark Lord's rampage across the internet, he attacks the Newgrounds website and its inhabitants. Among the evacuees escaping from the website is Doki from the South Korean animated series "There She Is!!". She appears to have been knocked unconscious and is being dragged to safety by Nabi from the same series. She later reappears in Victim - Animator vs. Animation 11, where she can be seen alongside Mitsi attempting to free Nabi from a piece of fallen debris.
Animation vs. Pokémon[]
- Various NPCs - Several female NPCs appear as background characters throughout Second Coming's journey through the Johto region.
- Lyra - Lyra briefly appears alongside Ethan and the various other NPCs from Pokémon Heart Gold/Soul Silver, who chase The Second Coming after he accidentally activates Anti-Piracy Mode by taking a Totodile. For more information, view Lrya's page on Bulbapedia.
- The Second Coming's Ampharos - Second Coming's Mareep (which later evolves into a Flaaffy and then an Ampharos) is a member of The Second Coming's Pokémon team. It shyly follows The Second Coming and the rest of his pokémon until he invites it to join. It's gender is first shown when The Second Coming battles Falkner.
- The Second Coming's Bellossom - The Second Coming's Oddish (which later evolves into a Gloom and then a Bellossom) is a member of The Second Coming's Pokémon team. It is chased by a wild Farfetch'd until The Second Coming's Mareep rescues it and it joins The Second Coming's team. It's gender is shown when Second Coming battles Clair.
- Whitney - Whitney makes a brief appearance as one of the Gym Leaders who Second Coming beats in a Pokémon battle, beating her Miltank (also female) with his Heracross. For more information, view Whitney's page on Bulbapedia.
- Jasmine - Jasmine makes a brief appearance as one of the Gym Leaders who Second Coming beats in a Pokémon battle, presumably beating her Steelix (also female) with his Slugma. For more information, view Jasmine's page on Bulbapedia.
- Clair - Clair makes a brief appearance as one of the Gym Leaders who Second Coming beats in a Pokémon battle, presumably beating her Kingdra (also female) with his Bellossom. For more information, view Clair's page on Bulbapedia.
- Honorable Mention: Karen - Before his battle with Second Coming, Ethan mentions Elite Four. Since Karen is a part of the Elite Four in the Johto region, this technically would mean Ethan is referencing Karen along with the other members of the Elite Four, confirming her existence in the AVA continuity. For more information, view the Bulbapedia articles on Karen and the various trainers who are a part of the Elite Four in their respective regions.
Animation vs. Super Mario Bros[]
- Birdo - The red version of Birdo from Super Mario Bros. 2 appears among the various SMB2 enemies brought out of the game by SMB1 Mario. She is briefly shown attacking Yellow and Green defeated shortly afterward by Red using a chain chomp. This version of the character appears to be non-sentient and only driven by her code.
Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts Season 3[]
- Witch - The Witch serves as the primary antagonist of The Witch - AVM Shorts Episode 21, kidnapping Blue and transforming him into a piston to use him as a nether wart farm. Throughout the episode, she preforms various villainous acts such as transforming the Fighting Stick Figures into various other creatures and objects using potions, pretending to be different members of the Fighting Stick Figures in order to deceive the others, and giving life to her various brewing equipment to act as her minions. She is turned into purple dye by the Heroic Pig at the end of the episode, and later chased away by the villagers and the Titan Ravager Family, as seen in the epilogue for The King - AVM Shorts Episode 30.
- Mother Titan Ravager - One out of the two adult titan ravagers is implied to be the baby titan ravager's mother. It is killed by King Orange during the events of Titan Ravager - AVM Shorts Episode 23. Its death at the hands of King Orange, along with that of its child, helps convince the Medium-sized Titan Ravager to team up with Blue and Yellow against King Orange. It is later revived during the events of "The King".
- Blaise, Ghist and Maggie - Three students of the Monster School, from the episode of the same name and "The King", are female. Those include:
- Blaise, a blaze that's part of the Blue Team and, according to the original series, has anger issues.
- Ghist, a ghast that's part of the Orange Team and, according to the original series, is shy and has a crush on Multus the Wither.
- and Maggie, a magma cube that's part of the Green Team and, according to the original series, loves eating, but is insecure about getting fat.
- Pink - Pink is the most important female character in the series and the first known female stick figure. Her first appearance is in Note Block Universe - AVM Shorts Episode 29. She comforted her son Purple whenever her husband Dark Blue pushed him too far in his training, and protected Purple when his father became abusive. She died of an illness after Dark Blue walked out on her sometime before the events of The Nether - AVM Shorts Episode 8. After losing his only remaining parental figure, Purple set out to win back his father's affection through various means, such as stealing the dragon egg, and, after failing to do so, turned to King Orange as a father figure. She, along with her son and at-the-time husband, would later make a brief cameo appearance during Victim - Animator vs. Animation 11.
Animation vs. Arcade Games[]
- Pinky - Pinky appears as a minor antagonist in Animation vs. Arcade Games, attempting catch and kill the Fighting Stick Figures when they enter the PAC-MAN arcade game. This version of the character appears to be non-sentient and only controlled by her code.
- Pauline - Also known as "Lady" in early promotional material for the original Donkey Kong arcade game, Pauline is one of the video game characters kidnapped and mind-controlled by Q*Bert. She is first seen when the Fighting Stick Figures enter the Donkey Kong arcade game, where Q*Bert captures her by sucking her into his mouth, which clearly disturbs Donkey Kong. She is once again seen in the climax, where she is controlled by Q*Bert. In this state, she acts much like Donkey Kong does in the original game, throwing barrels at the Fighting Stick Figures. She is knocked off the pyramid by Yellow, and later revived and freed from mind-control by him. She appears to be very close to DK Mario.
- Q*Bert's Wife - Q*Bert's wife appears shortly after her children once Yellow realizes that Q*Bert is only trying to feed his family. She can also be seen at the end, helping the Fighting Stick Figures play a mashup of Breakout, Tetris, and Pong. Very little of her personality is shown during her time on-screen.

However, during a 4-year anniversary of Rocket Corp., members of the corporation including the co-founder disappeared in front of the founder. Mitsi appeared in Newgrounds, where a tremendous devastation was happening. An explosion rocks the area around Agent and Mitsi. Mitsi found herself trapped beneath heavy debris.
