Characters within the Animator vs. Animation franchise where it's unknown if they are dead or not. They are split into three categories:

• Those who are last seen in situations which, while making their survival unlikely, don't explicitly kill them off (The Dark Lord, the Cave Spider Queen or Phi).
• Those who, while last seen dying, were possibly resurrected off-screen.
• Those who just disappear from the series with no explanation what happened to them (Lucky Pig or Musical Chicken). While not always, they are often one-time characters.
