Apps are programs that have been shown on Alan's iPhone. Unlike the programs on ALANSPC, where some of the logos of the programs always come to life when provoked, the icons of mobile apps do not always come alive, and instead either summon living characters, such as Among Us crewmates or the villagers as showcased in "App Staff", or the illustrations inside the icon become sentient after being provoked, as showcased in “Animator vs. Animation 4”. They are also non-hostile towards their provoker, unlike in ALANSPC, who depending on their provoker will have a different relationship with them.

History

Animator vs. Animation 4

noogai3 chases after The Second Coming on his phone, destroying several different apps in the process.

• Snapchat - TSC hides inside the ghost in the Snapchat logo, and noogai3 pulls it off.
• Kindle - Kindle gets annoyed at TSC for knocking the Kindle out of his hands, so picks up a magazine instead.
• Newsstand - Newsstand is the app where Kindle picked up a magazine from.
• Twitter - TSC knocks the bird away before it tweets twice.
• Stick Texting (Alan's original app) - Gets hit by TSC, mildly annoyed.
• Notes - TSC enters and writes "catch me if u can...u monster [sic]" in the app before ripping through the background.
• Flappy Bird and Doodle Jump - Their logos fly/jump away after TSC caused a huge mess on the phone.
• TSC lands on the following apps, causing noogai3 to close them all.

  • Doodle Jump (the logo is missing because of what happened before)
  • Twitter (the logo is missing because of what happened before)
  • Clock (accidentally starts stopwatch)

  • 2048 (swipes down and merges two 4's into an 8 and spawns a new 2 in the top right corner)
  • Candy Crush Saga (sets off a Double Striped Candy)

• TSC seals himself into the Dropbox, downloading himself back to ALANSPC.

The Newer Apps

App Staff

The Stick Gang tries out the following apps on their staff.

• Maps - Blue sets Green as a destination and walks towards him, taking "one minute of walking" even though it's just a few seconds. When he arrives, Green is "very satisfied" with the trip's navigation and marks it as such.
• Instagram - Green takes a selfie of the Stick Gang for his channel, using the staff as a selfie stick. He sets the caption "Aren't we so pretty!" and adds the following hashtags:

  • #friendsagain
    • This tag is likely a reference to Green's influencer arc.
  • #foroldtimessake
• Settings - Yellow adjusts the setting to minimum, maximum, then back to normal. He inverts the color scheme, then puts in a monochromatic color filter.
• Calculator - The Second Coming does some math and gets the result 1.2954698138e14, and pokes the "e" because it reminds him of a certain transcendental number.
• Discord - Red shoots out a Discord notification as a small red ball, then starts shooting the remaining 85 notifications that he has at Green.
• Spotify, [TBA], YouTube Music, and Apple Music - Green puts them all into a folder of apps and plays Your Call, Wicked VIP, Pigstep(Stereo Mix) and an advertisement for Spotify Premium.
• Among Us - Yellow spawns five crewmates. Red tries to pet the lime one, but it performs its tongue-stab animation, killing Red and revealing itself to be an impostor, shocking Yellow.
• PayPal - Blue starts shooting money out of the staff like crazy - but it's not free, as the phone spams notifications all saying that "you paid $1.00".
• Minecraft: Bedrock Edition - The Second Coming places and breaks dirt, cobblestone, and redstone before placing a village. The Stick Gang does their iconic celebration pose, but when The Second Coming raise his hands, he creates a white laser and destroys Alan's iPhone in the process by accident. Only parts of Discord, Chrome, and FaceTime remain visible.

Trivia

• The Stick Gang are the only characters to have interacted with the apps on-screen, as they're the only characters to visibly have been on Alan's iPhone.
