Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts Season 3 - In Real Time is a mashup of every Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts Season 3 video in real time, along with several exclusive scenes and edited music.[1]

Synopsis[]

All of AvM Season 3, episodes 20 - 30 synced in real time. Including 1.5 hours of new footage, mashed up music soundtracks, with the whole thing upscaled to 1440p so you can see everything more clearly.

Differences[]

The Piglin War[]

  • Green, Yellow and The Second Coming sit down on a couch while Blue prepares food.
  • While Blue meets the Piglin Tribe, Red summons several zombies that are eventually defeated by two iron golems.
  • The montage for Blue whilst traveling across the Nether is lengthened.
  • When Blue arrives in the Nether wastes, Red summons a rabbit.
  • The Second Coming, Yellow, Green, Red and the Heroic Pig travel through the Nether while Blue attempts to save the Baby Piglin.
  • Blue tries to look around the Nether fortress for nether wart.

The Witch[]

  • Blue is turned into a piston and the Witch takes him elsewhere, transforming into Blue before the other stick figures arrive.
  • Blue wakes up in a white void, unaware that he has been turned into a piston as he's flung around by the Witch during their battle with the rest of the Stick Gang.
  • Red is turned into a salmon and investigates a lake he was teleported to.
  • Yellow is turned into a llama and is sent to an area where some other llamas were.
  • Green is turned into a sugar cane plant and is teleported somewhere in the swamp.
  • The Heroic Pig is kidnapped by the Witch and is put in a cage.
  • The Witch places Blue as a piston in her hut.
  • While the Witch brews potions, she notices The Second Coming, Red, Green and Yellow outside.
  • Blue brews multiple potions as a piston block.
  • Blue jumps towards the Witch's hut and turns Green back to his regular form.
  • Yellow is turned back to his regular form.
  • The Heroic Pig drinks potions that were outside his cage.
  • The stick figures that have turned into dye cheer for the Heroic Pig.
  • Purple leaves a nether portal and collects blue orchids, finding The Second Coming and the Fighting Stick Figures.

Parkour[]

  • The Stick Gang’s methods of escaping their winning platforms are fully shown:
    • The Second Coming attempts to walk past his Piglin Brute twice to no avail, dropping his trophy in the process. He then attempts to go under and jump over the Brute, also to no avail. TSC takes out his sword and begins to duel with the Brute, who pulls his axe out. However, TSC realizes that he can respawn on his platform, and jumps off, respawning next to his beacon.
    • Green tries to ask his Brute if he can leave, but the Brute declines. Green attempts to walk past him, but the Brute extends his arm to stop him. Green pushes the Brute’s arm away, and attempts to force his way through to no avail. Green then attempts to force his way through the Brute again, and even uses his trophy to attack him, but the Brute takes his trophy and hits him on the head with it, and throws it aside afterward. Green then pulls out his sword to begin a duel, with the Brute pulling out his axe. During the duel, both sides pull out an additional sword and axe respectively. After fighting for a bit, Green climbs over the winning board, jumps off, and reaches his beacon.
    • When Yellow’s attempt at walking past his Brute fails, he attempts to outsmart the Brute twice. When that doesn’t work, Yellow draws his sword to begin a duel. The Brute knocks him to the edge twice, but they still manage to duel close to the beacon. Yellow then goes past the Brute, and attempts to reach the beacon, but he is dragged back. When the Brute drags him back a second time, Yellow kicks his face and enters the beacon.
    • When Blue’s attempts to walk past his Brute fail, he tries to run past the Brute. When that doesn’t work, Blue attempts to sneak underneath the Brute, and manages to get to the other side before getting thrown back. Blue finally had enough, and he ran toward the Brute and pushed him. Blue then threw his trophy at the Brute, before swinging underneath him and reaching the beacon, kicking the Brute as he attempted to grab his leg.
    • When Red’s attempt at walking past his Brute fails, he attempts to force his way through with his fists. Red then tries to jump over the Brute to no avail. A brawl then begins, with Red attempting to fight the Brute and reach the beacon multiple times, but the Brute knocks him back multiple times. When Red is knocked over to the edge, he kicks the Brute off the platform and runs toward his beacon. However, he forgets that the Brute can respawn as well, and the Brute blocks him from reaching the beacon again. Red then attempts to attack with his trophy, but to no avail as he is knocked back again. Finally having enough, Red runs toward the Brute, sweeps his legs, and punches him back, allowing Red to finally enter the beacon.
  • The Parkour Course loop is extended with shots of the Fighting Stick Figures and The Second Coming running away from the Piglin Brutes.
  • King Orange animates the maps before ordering Purple to go to the camera room.
  • While the stick figures are in the parkour course, Purple and other Piglin Brutes watch them through the camera maps.

Titan Ravager & Lush Caves[]

Titan Ravager[]

  • The scenes for Yellow and Blue running to find a better place to build the second and third portals is extended, plus the scenes for building the second and third portals.

Lush Caves[]

  • Red and The Second Coming try to go back to the Parkour Course by activating the beacons.
  • The Second Coming and Red walk through the desert longer.
  • Purple finds that the compass to ALANSPC doesn’t work, so he looks back making sure King Orange doesn't see him put it in his pocket. After struggling to find the location of ALANSPC, he asks the Baby Piglin for assistance. The Baby Piglin knows, so he shows Purple, who then flies through the nether up until he makes it to the nether portal.

King Orange's Bastion[]

The Ultimate Weapon[]

  • Green escapes his prison cell and walks through a hallway in the bastion remnant, finding a secret quartz room within the bastion itself.
  • Green sneaks behind the quartz room and tries to find a way in.
  • After King Orange successfully trapped Yellow, Green and Blue, he builds a cage for Red.
  • Red, the Baby Piglin and a hoglin travel through the nether to catch up with Purple, who has stolen ALANSPC's Minecraft Game Icon.
  • The Fighting Stick Figures are trapped in jail cells whilst King Orange summons a black hole.
  • King Orange is punched by The Second Coming through the bastion remnant.
  • When The Second Coming leaves ALANSPC, he flies through different Nether biomes, on his way to King Orange's Bastion Remnant.
  • The King Orange vs. The Second Coming fight is extended.
  • Yellow and Blue pick up some arrows in the throne room after receiving items from TSC.
  • Purple asks the Piglin Brutes for assistance.
  • All the timestamp errors are finally fully fixed. alexcrafter28's computer correctly displays Malaysia time, the emails' and the computers' timestamps all match up, and time passes reasonably between emails (each timestamp is a few minutes apart).

The Warden, Monster School, The Raid, & Note Block Universe[]

The Warden[]

  • While being chased by the Warden, The Second Coming comes across a lava pit with different pillars to parkour over.
  • The Warden's backstory is extended by another 1 minute and 15 seconds.[2]
  • King Orange wakes up from being unconscious and remembers how he became The King.
  • King Orange's flying animation is changed when the Warden sent him flying. The new animation is him spinning.

Monster School[]

  • The episode is sped up to match the timings of the other episodes.
  • The video skips from Blaise taunting Skellington to Red attempting to escape the school in the sneaking lesson, completely skipping Witton, Ghist and Zupay killing the Steve clone.
  • The montage of lessons is extended from the start.
  • Red swings off the roof of Monster School with his bandanna, then running to his team and pulling the iron sword out of the Steve clone's hand with his bandanna.
  • The monsters are getting ready to start the race when Herobrine flies to the finish line, and the race starts when the Steve Clones are unleashed. Herobrine is shown lying down and possibly falling asleep afterwards.

The Raid[]

Note Block Universe[]

The King[]

  • Herobrine looks through Monster School searching for four students, finding a nether portal above the Monster School building.
  • The scenes where the piglins, the Monster School, the village, and the swamp shown are extended. They are then absorbed by the black hole all at once.
    • The Piglin Tribe notices the black hole above them and run away.
    • The Monster School stays completely normal for a short amount of time before getting absorbed by the hole.
    • The musketeers practice their combat skills, but one of the villagers notices something off in the Nether portal. He guards it just in case, but he and the other villagers get absorbed.
    • The Witch as a purple dye is exhausted, presumably after coming back to the hut. She notices the black hole, so she tries to get in her hut, but she and the hut get absorbed.
  • After Purple and King Orange got absorbed, Purple awakens in the void where he had the flashback in Episode 29.
  • Instead of saying "6/14/2021" in the taskbar on ALANSPC, it says "6/12/2021", the same date shown in Lush Caves.

Other[]

  • The Second Coming and Red try to find a way to escape the desert that they are trapped in. They found beacons in their inventories, and tried to turn them on again, but these beacon are normal ones, not the ones from Parkour, so they eventually give up.
  • Green tries to escape his prison cell multiple times, Purple flying by several times.
  • The events of Note Block Universe, Monster School, The Raid and The Warden happen at the same time.
  • The music in Purple's flashback is the only track that got remixed.

Trivia[]

  • The video includes more than 1.5 hours of newly animated footage.
  • A behind the scenes short was uploaded by one of the animators of the video: Able Rai. The video later got taken down.
    • It shows Able Rai animating one of the Parkour sections showing Red.
  • The episode is under an hour and 30 minutes, but if the new animation was in the Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts Season 3, it would be under 4 hours.[3]
  • In Real Time was made due to many fans creating fan videos of Season 3 playing in real time, and Alan wanting to release his own take on the idea.
