Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts

I just watched the new episode and OMG I am so annoyed and borderline mad that the Aether is in the AvM universe now.

Yes, I am aware that other aspects of the AvM universe are not part of vanilla Minecraft (e.g. Titan Ravager, Note Block Universe), but all those are from the AB team's own imagination. An imagination so potent it was able to predict the Happy Ghast even before it launched. The Aether is from a mod that someone else had made a long time ago, albeit a famous one.

Okay, Monster School was from someone else, too, but it was from an animated series, not a mod. There are going to be some people who ask me what the difference is between animated series and mods, since both of them are creations from people who are fans of Minecraft. Well, here's the thing. Mods alter the game in some way, animations do not. Animations remain pure and of themselves, while mods do not.

Maybe it's because I have little knowledge and understanding of the Aether mod, but this brings me to my second argument: many people like me are not familiar with this mod. Monster School doesn't require this; you can watch it like you're watching MS itself for the first time. Watching AvM taking place in the Aether, however, requires some understanding of the Aether and its new features.

For these reasons, I am very annoyed with the Aether being in AvM.

So, in one of the earlier episodes (I cannot separate episodes 2-7 well because of their structure, and I'm too lazy to go check) Alan used the box tool to trap The Second Coming. The thing is, in influencer arc and other content, we've seen that the computer is a 3D space inside. But the box, or should I say square, only has four sides with the side facing the screen and opposite of it being non-existent. Stick figures have jumped much higher distances before and been perfectly fine, so why didn't TSC just do that?

This can't be chalked up to being an early episode, as it happens again when Alan traps victim in ep 11, which presumably would have worked if he hadn't had been so smort. I can accept that the two sides are invisible, maybe (best explanation I've found so far), but the fact that TSC wouldn't try to get out and manually discover that they are is strange, although that could just be something he magically knows about the tool, like how he magically knows English minutes after his creation.

Which leads to the other thing that's been annoying me for a while. When Alan and TSC type-talk the same episode, how does TSC see Alan's text? It's across the black, solid box wall that, as established, would have to be 3D and would definitely block his vision.

The only possible explanation I have for that is that maybe he saw the reflection off of Alan's screen barrier thing. But if you've ever tried to read what your shirt says while looking at the mirror, you'd know that that would mean that TSC would not only be able to know english, but also know backwards english. And from what we've seen, the barrier doesn't look to be reflective anyway.

Also, several times throughout the avm series, when characters break a single black menu bar block, it shows the wallpaper behind it. However, given the size of Minecraft blocks and the proportions of the computer space, it should show the block behind it, not the wallpaper.

Does anyone here have any theories or ideas that would explain these things?

Animation vs Minecraft shorts is the best series and the season 5 is cooming soon. I think this season will have a interesting plot, maybe another adventure in the nether with another villain, or a visit from Purple and epic adventures with the six sticks.

What are the odds of the animator finding out about what his stick figures have been doing throughout the Minecraft world?

How would a episode where AVM and AVA combined look like?

Maybe they're use the footage of actual short: King Orange VS The Dark Lord, but make some changes with it. Maybe Purple, King Orange, and any other stickfigure from Minecraft meets TDL, TCO, and any character from AVM. Including Victim. Maybe Alan Becker would be able to play Minecraft with the stickfigs, and maybe the cursor would appear in Minecraft somehow.

What are your thoughts?

P.s. I think they have them for AvA 1-4 but the other ones are funnier. Also alan has a reaction video of watching them if you want to see what he thinks. That's how I discovered this.

So AvM Season 4 is just around the corner and the first episode is gonna drop on June 3. So then someone said Season 4 would just be like Season 2. So, Season 2 was just like exploring, roleplaying stuff in Minecraft.. maybe Season 4 could have the Fighting Stick Figures and TSC play downloadable minigames or install Minecraft Mods to ALANSPC?
