A long time ago, I suggested a theory that ABTV was canon due to it and the TV recording from The King looking and acting a bit too similar and the fact the mercs controlled it during one of the bumpers, which I thought meant that they controlled the recordings.

Now, the 8th bumper confirms it at 2:12

I think what happened in that bumper was that Primal went to the bumper, but it then it went back to static (I think that mainly due to the flickering of the screen). They went too pause but then Primal seemingly misclicked (possibly due to Ballista), and the following bumper plays in canon.
