It's basiclly bending the fabric of space time by increasing gravity locally to connect distant places to my current location without making a black hole by collecting empty space that expands at the same rate the wormhole is going to collapse at which would likely be as dense as a gravastar to stop a singularity from forming and cutting both ends off, assuming that the same happens on the other side and I put a non-compressible object like water inside before I go in to reduce the gravitational pull I'll feel in it in a single cubic metre, which is WAY too much power.
