H4CK3R is a villian, even before he teamed up with TDL. I mean, he captured both TSC and Yellow, both of which were completely innocent. And it's not like he didn't know or anything. They have TCO's memories to back all of that up. Wanting revenge is understandable (not justified, just understandable), but the methods he chooses to reach his goals is very much evil.

Also it seems like the Mercs are also villians as they're shown to not care about citizien lives. TCO had to save that man from getting crushed in AvA 9, not any of the Mercs.

^mercs %100 percent lawful evil. Just following orders. Civilians were not mentioned in the job description. And I doubt the mercs were actually aware of said civilian.
