Does he? From what I got from the last episode, the only thing H4CK3R knows about The Dark Lord is that he knows about Mitsi's death. He has no idea that he was behind her death as of now nor that he was the major contributor to the Internet Genocide or the Newgrouns Massacre.

What I meant was that since in this timeline, Agent captured TDL, victim presumably knows that TDL was responsible for all the attacks on the Internet, and not thinking that TCO was responsible for it.
